This process is suitable for use in the presence of constantly high hydrocarbon amounts, were there is a high waste heat requirement. By employing effective heat recovery systems, TNV systems are still the most economic process for many applications.

TNV THERMAL RECUPERATIVE OXIDISERS

KBA’s catalytic systems are well known and proven, especially in the printing industry, with a catalyst life time of more than 30,000 hours. This process is particularly well suited  for hydrocarbon concentrations which vary significantly, when minimal to average waste heat is required.

KBA regenerative thermal oxidizers are available in 1, 2,3, and a 5 canister design, for exhaust volumes between 5000 and 500000M³/h with a low to medium hydrocarbon concentration.
